Abstract
(EN) The present invention realizes a technique that makes it possible to reduce the amount of acidic liquid used for acidic liquid regeneration that includes adsorption agent regeneration. This regeneration device for a bath liquid regenerates an alumite bath liquid using a chelate resin to generate recovered sulfuric acid. Al3+ captured from the bath liquid by the chelate resin is replaced with hydrogen ions by an adsorption agent regeneration device. A part of the recovered sulfuric acid is used as the source of the hydrogen ion supply.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une technique qui permet de réduire la quantité de liquide acide utilisée pour la régénération de liquide acide qui comprend une régénération d'agent d'adsorption. Ce dispositif de régénération destiné à un liquide de bain régénère un liquide de bain d'alumite à l'aide d'une résine de chélate pour générer de l'acide sulfurique récupéré. L'Al3+ capturé à partir du liquide de bain par la résine de chélate est remplacé par des ions hydrogène par un dispositif de régénération d'agent d'adsorption. Une partie de l'acide sulfurique récupéré est utilisée comme source de l'alimentation en ions hydrogène.
(JA) 吸着剤の再生を含む酸性液の再生における酸性液の使用量を低減可能な技術を実現する。浴液の再生装置は、アルマイトの浴液をキレート樹脂で再生して回収硫酸を生成する。キレート樹脂が浴液から捕捉したAl3+は、吸着剤再生装置によって水素イオンに置き換えられる。この水素イオンの供給源には、回収硫酸の一部が使用される。
