The present invention relates to a metallized ceramic substrate and a method for manufacturing same. The method for manufacturing a metallized ceramic substrate of the present invention, comprises the steps of: mixing copper powder and metal oxide to manufacture a copper paste; applying the copper paste to an upper surface of a ceramic substrate; and sintering the copper paste to form a copper metallization layer on the upper surface of the ceramic substrate. According to the present invention, it is possible to form, on the ceramic substrate, a thin copper metallization layer with high density, high bonding strength, and low impurities.

La présente invention concerne un substrat céramique métallisé et sa méthode de fabrication. La méthode de fabrication d'un substrat céramique métallisé de la présente invention comprend les étapes consistant à : mélanger de la poudre de cuivre et de l'oxyde métallique pour fabriquer une pâte de cuivre ; appliquer la pâte de cuivre sur une surface supérieure d'un substrat céramique ; et fritter la pâte de cuivre pour former une couche de métallisation en cuivre sur la surface supérieure du substrat céramique. Selon la présente invention, il est possible de former, sur le substrat céramique, une couche mince de métallisation en cuivre avec une densité élevée, une force de liaison élevée et une faible teneur en impuretés.

본 발명은 세라믹 메탈라이징 기판과 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 세라믹 메탈라이징 기판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 구리 파우더와 금속 산화물을 혼합하여 구리 페이스트를 제조하는 공정과, 세라믹 기판의 상면에 구리 페이스트를 도포하는 공정과, 구리 페이스트를 소결하여 세라믹 기판의 상면에 구리 금속화 층을 형성하는 공정을 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 치밀하고 접합강도가 크며 불순물이 적으면서도 얇은 구리 금속화 층을 세라믹 기판 위에 형성할 수 있다.
