Abstract

The present invention relates to a vacuum gripper device to be applied to a vacuum transfer system. The gripper device comprises: a support part integrally including a ball-joint; a ball-housing rotatably fastened to a ball part at the end of the ball-joint; and a pad part fastened to the end portion of the ball-housing so as to rotate together with same, and further includes a coil spring, which is coaxially disposed at the outer side of the body and has both ends respectively fitted into and fixed to the support part and the ball-housing. Specifically, keys are formed at both ends of the spring, and a plurality of key-grooves are formed at the support part and the ball-housing in correspondence with the keys such that the forward direction of the ball-housing with respect to an item to be transferred is adjusted and set, and even though the ball-housing and the pad part arbitrarily rotate during a transfer operation, the ball-housing and the pad part automatically return to the forward direction by means of the spring. Therefore, items can always be held in an accurate direction.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de type préhenseur réflexe destiné à être appliqué à un système de transfert à ventouses. Le dispositif de type préhenseur comprend : une partie de support intégrant un joint à rotule ; un porte-rotule fixé rotatif à une partie rotule à l'extrémité du joint à rotule ; et une partie coussinet fixée à la partie extrémité du porte-rotule de façon à se mettre en rotation conjointement avec celle-ci, et comprend en outre un ressort hélicoïdal, qui est disposé de manière coaxiale sur le côté externe du corps et a les deux extrémités respectivement insérées dans et fixées à la partie de support et au porte-rotule. Spécifiquement, des clavettes sont formées aux deux extrémités du ressort, et une pluralité de logements de clavettes sont formés au niveau de la partie de support et du porte-rotule en correspondance avec les clavettes de telle sorte que la direction vers l'avant du porte-rotule par rapport à un article à transférer est ajustée et réglée, et même si le porte-rotule et la partie coussinet se mettent en rotation de façon arbitraire pendant une opération de transfert, le porte-rotule et la partie coussinet reviennent automatiquement vers l'avant au moyen du ressort. Par conséquent, les articles peuvent toujours être maintenus dans une direction précise.

본 발명은 진공이송 시스템에 적용되는 진공 그리퍼 장치에 관한 것이다. 이 그리퍼 장치는 볼-조인트를 일체로 포함하는 지지부와, 상기 볼-조인트 끝단의 볼부에 회전 가능하게 체결되는 볼-하우징과, 상기 볼-하우징의 단부에 체결되어 함께 회전하는 패드부를 포함하며, 상기 몸체의 외측에 동축 배치되고 양단이 상기 지지부 및 볼-하우징에 각 끼워져 고정되는 코일 스프링을 더 포함하여 이루어진다. 특히, 상기 스프링의 양단에는 키(key)가 형성되고 이에 대응하여 상기 지지부 및 볼-하우징에는 복수의 키-홈이 형성되어, 이송대상 물품에 대한 상기 볼-하우징의 정방향이 조정 및 설정되며, 이송작업시 볼-하우징 및 패드부가 임의 회전하더라도 상기 스프링에 의해 정방향으로 자동 복귀된다. 따라서 언제나 정확한 방향에서 물품의 파지가 이루어질 수 있는 효과가 있다.
