Abstract

A manufacturing method for a hybrid magnetic fiber is provided. The manufacturing method for a hybrid magnetic fiber may comprise the steps of: preparing a source solution comprising a first source material containing a rare earth element and a second source material containing a transition metal element; electrospinning the source solution to form a preliminary hybrid magnetic fiber containing a rare earth oxide and a transition metal oxide; and reducing the preliminary hybrid magnetic fiber to form a hybrid magnetic fiber, the hybrid magnetic fiber comprising: magnetic crystals containing a compound of the rare earth element and the transition metal element; and a magnetic boundary layer containing the transition metal element.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une fibre magnétique hybride. Le procédé de fabrication d'une fibre magnétique hybride peut comprendre les étapes consistant : à préparer une solution source comprenant un premier matériau source contenant un élément de terres rares et un second matériau source contenant un élément métallique de transition ; électrofiler la solution source pour former une fibre magnétique hybride préliminaire contenant un oxyde de terres rares et un oxyde de métal de transition ; et à réduire la fibre magnétique hybride préliminaire pour former une fibre magnétique hybride, la fibre magnétique hybride comprenant : des cristaux magnétiques contenant un composé de l'élément de terres rares et de l'élément de métal de transition ; et une couche de limite magnétique contenant l'élément de métal de transition.

하이브리드 자성 섬유 제조방법이 제공된다. 상기 하이브리드 자성 섬유 제조방법은, 희토류 원소를 포함하는 제1 소스 물질, 및 전이금속 원소를 포함하는 제2 소스 물질을 포함하는 소스 용액을 준비하는 단계, 상기 소스 용액을 전기 방사하여, 희토류 산화물 및 전이금속 산화물을 포함하는 예비 하이브리드 자성 섬유를 형성하는 단계, 및 상기 예비 하이브리드 자성 섬유를 환원시켜, 상기 희토류 원소 및 상기 전이금속 원소의 화합물을 포함하는 자성 결정(magnetic crystal), 및 상기 전이금속 원소를 포함하는 자성 경계층(magnetic boundary layer)을 포함하는 하이브리드 자성 섬유를 형성하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
