Abstract

The present invention relates to beet juice having good intestinal uptake. More specifically, beet juice can be prepared wherein: cellulose is degraded by living yeasts and enzymes through low-temperature aging; beet molecules are associated with natural apple sugar to increase in intestinal uptake; the characteristic odor of beet is removed by baking the beet; and the characteristic taste and bitter taste of beet are reduced by mixing with carrot juice, apple juice, and lemon juice.

La présente invention concerne un jus de betterave présentant une bonne absorption intestinale. Plus spécifiquement, un jus de betterave peut être préparé dans lequel : la cellulose est dégradée par des levures vivantes et des enzymes par vieillissement à basse température; des molécules de betterave sont associées à un sucre de pomme naturel pour augmenter l'absorption intestinale; l'odeur caractéristique de la betterave est éliminée par cuisson de la betterave; et le goût caractéristique et le goût amer de la betterave sont réduits par mélange avec du jus de carotte, du jus de pomme et du jus de citron.

본 발명은 장내 흡수율이 좋은 비트주스에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 저온 숙성을 통해 살아있는 효모, 효소가 셀룰로오스를 분해하며, 천연 사과 당이 비트 분자와 결합하여 장내흡수율을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 비트를 구워 비린 냄새를 제거하고, 당근즙, 사과즙 및 레몬즙을 혼합해 비린맛과 쓴맛을 완화시킨 비트 주스를 제조할 수 있다.
