A screw fastening error determination device and the like that make it possible to classify screw fastening errors. According to the present invention, on the basis of (i) the rotation speed of a rotation servo (30) that makes a driver that is for fastening screws rotate around an axis and/or (ii) the movement torque of a reciprocation servo (40) that makes the driver move back and forth in the axial direction, a PLC (10) determines when there has been an error in a screw fastening operation made by the driver and classifies the error.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de détermination d'erreur de fixation de vis et analogue qui permettent de classifier des erreurs de fixation de vis. Selon la présente invention, sur la base (i) de la vitesse de rotation d'un servomécanisme de rotation (30) qui entraîne la rotation d'un tournevis qui est destiné à fixer des vis autour d'un axe et/ou (ii) du couple de mouvement d'un servomécanisme (40) qui entraîne le déplacement en va-et-vient d'un tournevis dans la direction axiale, un automate programmable industriel (10) détermine la survenance d'une erreur dans une opération de fixation de vis effectuée par le conducteur et classifie l'erreur.

ネジ締めにおける不良の種類について判定可能なネジ締め不良判定装置などを実現する。PLC(10)は、(i)ネジを締めるためのドライバーの、軸周りでの回転運動を生じさせる回転用サーボ(30)の回転速度、および、(ii)前記ドライバーの、軸方向への往復運動を生じさせる往復用サーボ(40)の移動トルク、の少なくともいずれか一方に基づいて、ドライバーによるネジ締め動作における不良の発生および種類を判定する。
