Abstract

A method for treating wet paint booth circulating water, the method including adding, to circulating water that includes water and excess paint: a phosphorous compound such as phosphoric acid; a nitrogen compound such as urea, or ammonium nitrate; and a phenol resin. Using this method makes it possible to effectively remove the excess paint caught in the wet paint booth and to reduce the chemical oxygen demand (COD) of the circulating water.

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'eau de circulation d'une cabine de peinture humide, le procédé comprenant l'ajout à l'eau en circulation constituée d'eau et de peinture excédentaire : d'un composé phosphoreux tel que l'acide phosphorique ; d'un composé azoté tel que l'urée, ou le nitrate d'ammonium ; et d'une résine phénolique. L'utilisation de ce procédé permet d'éliminer efficacement la peinture excédentaire accumulée dans la cabine de peinture humide et de réduire la demande chimique en oxygène (DCO) de l'eau de circulation.

余剰塗料と水とを含んでなる循環水に、リン酸などのリン化合物、尿素、硝酸アンモニウムなどの窒素化合物、およびフェノール樹脂を添加することを含む、湿式塗装ブース循環水の処理方法によって、湿式塗装ブースで捕集した余剰塗料を効率的に除去すること、および循環水の化学的酸素要求量(COD)を減少させることができる。
