A chemically strengthened glass having a compressive stress layer, the CS0 thereof measured using an optical waveguiding surface stress meter being 500 MPa or greater, |x|/|y| being 0-0.8 as determined by the formula in the specification, where D is the depth from the glass surface of a position at which the compressive stress value measured using an optical waveguiding surface stress meter is 0, and CS2is the compressive stress value at a position at a depth of (D/2) from the glass surface, and the DOL measured using a scattered light photoelastic stress meter being 50 µm or greater.

La présente invention concerne un verre renforcé chimiquement ayant une couche contrainte de compression, dont le CS0 associé mesuré à l'aide d'un dispositif de mesure de contrainte de surface de guidage d'onde optique est supérieur ou égal à 500 MPa, |x|/|y| étant compris entre 0 et 0,8 tel que déterminé par la formule dans la description, dans laquelle D représente la profondeur à partir de la surface de verre d'une position à laquelle la valeur de contrainte de compression mesurée à l'aide d'un dispositif de mesure de contrainte de surface de guidage d'onde optique est égale à 0, et CS2 représente la valeur de contrainte de compression à une position à une profondeur de (D/2) à partir de la surface de verre, et la DOL (profondeur de la couche) mesurée à l'aide d'un dispositif de mesure de contrainte photo-élastique en lumière diffusée étant supérieure ou égale à 50 µm.

圧縮応力層を有し、光導波表面応力計を用いて測定されるCSが500MPa以上であり、光導波表面応力計を用いて測定される圧縮応力値が0になる位置のガラス表面からの深さをD、ガラス表面からの深さが(D/2)の位置における圧縮応力値をCSとして、明細書中の式で求められる|x|/|y|が0~0.8であり、散乱光光弾性応力計を用いて測定されるDOLが50μm以上である、化学強化ガラス。
