The purpose of the present invention is to provide a power conversion device with which it is possible to reduce the effect of electromagnetic noise propagating from a circuit body side to a driving circuit substrate side. This power conversion device 100 has a circuit body 6 for converting a DC current into an AC current, a driving circuit substrate 5 for driving the circuit body 6, a base member 4 provided between the circuit body 6 and the driving circuit substrate 5, and a case 1 for accommodating the circuit body 6 and the base member 4. The base member 4 has a first channel-forming part 4A that forms a channel space 1C1 between the circuit body 6 and the base member 4, and a first extension part 4B2 that extends from the channel-forming part 4A and is connected to the inner surface of the case 1.
