Among first through third pipes (L1)-(L3) in a control valve (CV) according to the present invention, at least the first pipe (L1) is formed from a metal material which is a material having a smaller coefficient of linear expansion than a housing (1) comprising a synthetic resin material. It is thereby possible to reduce the difference in thermal expansion with the first pipe (L1) formed from a metal material, and to reduce removal-directional tensile force on first and second screws (SW1), (SW2) during the thermal expansion. As a result, plastic deformation of first and second female threaded parts (611), (612) is minimized, and any decrease in axial force of the first and second screws (SW1), (SW2) can be minimized.

Parmi des premiers à troisième tuyaux (L1)-(L3) dans une soupape de commande (CV) selon la présente invention, au moins le premier tuyau (L1) est formé à partir d'un matériau métallique ayant un coefficient de dilatation linéaire plus petit qu'un logement (1) comprenant un matériau de résine synthétique. Il est ainsi possible de réduire la différence de dilatation thermique avec le premier tuyau (L1) formé à partir d'un matériau métallique, et de réduire la force de traction directionnelle de déplacement sur des première et seconde vis (SW1), (SW2) pendant l'expansion thermique. Par conséquent, la déformation plastique des première et seconde parties filetées femelles (611), (612) est minimisée, et toute diminution de la force axiale des première et seconde vis (SW1), (SW2) peut être réduite au minimum.

本発明に係る制御弁(CV)は、第1~第3配管(L1)~(L3)のうち、少なくとも第1配管(L1)が、合成樹脂材料からなるハウジング(1)よりも線膨張係数の小さい材料である金属材料によって形成されている。これにより、金属材料によって形成される第1配管(L1)との熱膨張差を小さくすることができ、当該熱膨張時における第1、第2スクリュ(SW1),(SW2)に対する抜け方向の引っ張り力を低減することができる。その結果、第1、第2雌ねじ部(611),(612)の塑性変形が抑制され、第1、第2スクリュ(SW1),(SW2)の軸力の低下を抑制することができる。
