Abstract

An electrode structure including: a light reflecting film; an insulating film formed upon the light reflecting film; and a transparent conductive film formed upon the insulating film. The transparent conductive film is divided into a two-dimensional matrix at a prescribed pitch and constitutes transparent pixel electrodes. Each transparent pixel electrode is connected, via a via that penetrates the insulating film and the light reflecting film and is insulated from the light reflecting film, to a drive electrode formed further on a lower layer side than the light reflecting film.

Structure d'électrode comprenant : un film réfléchissant la lumière; un film isolant formé sur le film réfléchissant la lumière; et un film conducteur transparent formé sur le film isolant. Le film conducteur transparent est divisé en une matrice bidimensionnelle à un pas défini et constitue des électrodes à pixels transparents. Chaque électrode à pixels transparents est connectée, par l'intermédiaire d'un trou d'interconnexion qui pénètre dans le film isolant et le film réfléchissant la lumière et est isolé du film réfléchissant la lumière, à une électrode de commande formée davantage sur un côté de couche inférieure que le film réfléchissant la lumière.

電極構造体は、光反射膜、光反射膜上に形成された絶縁膜、及び、絶縁膜上に形成された透明導電膜を含んでおり、透明導電膜は、所定のピッチで2次元マトリクス状に分割され、透明画素電極を構成し、各透明画素電極は、絶縁膜と光反射膜とを貫通し且つ光反射膜とは絶縁されているビアを介して、光反射膜よりも下層側に形成された駆動電極に接続されている。
