An RFID tag (101), which is an example of a wireless communication device, is a device for transmitting and receiving communication signals. The RFID tag (101) comprises: a substrate (1); antenna patterns (2A, 2B) formed on the substrate (1); an RFIC package (3) which is a power supply circuit connected to the antenna patterns (2A, 2B); and attached members (4) provided on the substrate (1) or the antenna patterns (2A, 2B). The attached members (4) are moisture-containing members. With this structure, it is possible to prevent the RFID tag from igniting or burning even when attached to a food product or the like and subjected to high frequency power for heating the food product.

Une étiquette RFID (101), qui est un exemple d'un dispositif de communication sans fil selon l'invention, est un dispositif servant à émettre et à recevoir des signaux de communication. L'étiquette RFID comprend : un substrat ; des motifs d'antenne (2A, 2B) formés sur le substrat ; un boîtier de circuit intégré radiofréquence (RFIC) (3) qui est un circuit d'alimentation électrique connecté aux motifs d'antenne (2A, 2B) ; et des éléments attachés (4) disposés sur le substrat (1) ou sur les motifs d'antenne (2A, 2B). Les éléments attachés (4) sont des éléments contenant de l'humidité. Avec cette structure, il est possible d'empêcher l'étiquette RFID de s'enflammer ou de brûler même lorsqu'elle est fixée à un produit alimentaire ou analogue et soumise à une puissance haute fréquence pour chauffer le produit alimentaire.

無線通信デバイスの一例であるRFIDタグ(101)は、通信信号を送受信するデバイスである。RFIDタグ(101)は、基材(1)と、基材(1)に形成されたアンテナパターン(2A,2B)と、アンテナパターン(2A,2B)に接続された給電回路であるRFICパッケージ(3)と、基材(1)上又はアンテナパターン(2A,2B)上に設けられた付与部材(4)と、を備える。付与部材(4)は水分を含有する部材である。この構造により、食品などに付されて、食品加熱用の高周波電力を受ける状況でも、発火や燃焼を防止できる。
