In the present invention, a wire guide tube 68 is configured from a tube continuously formed of polyether ether ketone from one end side to the other end side thereof. An opening section 67a is provided which radially penetrates a portion of a wall section of a second coupling member 67 into which an end section of the wire guide tube 68 is inserted, and a recessed section 68a that corresponds to the opening section 67a is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the end section of the wire guide tube 68. The opening section 67a and the recessed section 68a are integrally filled with an adhesion agent 62, and thus, the wire guide tube 68 and a coupling section 65 (second coupling member 67) are connected.

Dans la présente invention, un tube de guidage de fil 68 est configuré à partir d'un tube formé en continu de polyéther éther cétone d'un côté d'extrémité à l'autre côté d'extrémité de celui-ci.
