Abstract

The present invention relates to a system and method for diagnosing and maintaining health information of an industrial unit. The health information of valves of an industrial machine is captured via sensors attached to the valves. The health information received by the sensors is collected on an IoT server and is compared with standard health parameters of the valves. Upon determining a variance between the received health information and the standard health information corresponding alerts/notifications are generated and communicated to the connected one or more client computing devices.

La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé de diagnostic et de maintenance de santé d'unités industrielles. Le procédé consiste à capturer les informations de santé de soupapes d'une machine industrielle par l'intermédiaire de capteurs fixés aux soupapes. Le procédé consiste en outre à collecter les informations de santé reçues par les capteurs sur un serveur de l'IdO et à les comparer à des paramètres de santé standard des soupapes. Le procédé consiste enfin, lors de la détermination d'une variance entre les informations de santé reçues et les informations de santé standard, à générer des alertes/notifications correspondantes et à les communiquer à un ou plusieurs dispositifs informatiques clients connectés.
