Abstract

A laser ablation marking system (100) for providing an image (10) to a web (1) of packaging material (3) is provided. The marking system (100) comprises at least one marking device (110) having at least one laser comprising a plurality of individually controlled light outputs arranged in the cross-wise direction of the web (1) of packaging material (3), each light output having a power output of at least 60 W and being configured to emit light to provide laser ablation, and a controller (120) being connected to the marking device (110) and configured to control the light outputs based on the speed of the web (1) of packaging material (3) such that the emitted light will always hit the web (1) of packaging material (3) at the same angle.

L'invention concerne un système de marquage par ablation laser (100) destiné à fournir une image (10) à une bande (1) de matériau d'emballage (3). Le système de marquage (100) comprend au moins un dispositif de marquage (110) ayant au moins un laser comprenant une pluralité de sorties de lumière commandées individuellement disposées dans la direction transversale de la bande (1) de matériau d'emballage (3), chaque sortie de lumière ayant une puissance de sortie d'au moins 60 W et étant configurée pour émettre de la lumière en vue de réaliser l'ablation laser, et un contrôleur (120) étant connecté au dispositif de marquage (110) et configuré pour commander les sorties de lumière sur la base de la vitesse de la bande (1) de matériau d'emballage (3) de telle sorte que la lumière émise atteigne toujours la bande (1) de matériau d'emballage (3) sous le même angle.
