Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Verbesserung der Zerstäubungsqualität eines Fluids, insbesondere einer Flüssigkeit, umfassend einen flüssigkeitsdurchlässigen Behälter (1, 3) mit miteinander in Kontakt stehenden und Zwischenräume bildenden ersten Füllelementen (6) und zweiten Füllelementen (7), wobei die ersten Füllelemente (6) Glas, vorzugsweise Quartzglas umfassen und die zweiten Füllelemente (7) eine Metalllegierung aus etwa 70% Zinn, 25% Antimon und 5% Wismut umfassen. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner die Verwendung einer derartigen Vorrichtung zur Verbesserung der Zerstäubungsqualität eines Fluids, insbesondere einer Flüssigkeit.

The invention relates to a device for improving the atomisation quality of a fluid, in particular a liquid, said device comprising a liquid-permeable container (1, 3) having first filling elements (6) and second filling elements (7) which are in contact with one another and form spaces therebetween, wherein the first filling elements (6) comprise glass, preferably quartz glass, and the second filling elements (7) comprise a metal alloy consisting of approximately 70% tin, 25% antimony, and 5% bismuth. The invention also relates to the use of such a device for improving the atomisation quality of a fluid, in particular a liquid.

L'invention concerne un dispositif servant à améliorer la qualité de pulvérisation d'un fluide, en particulier d'un liquide. Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend un contenant (1, 3) laissant passer du liquide, pourvu de premiers éléments de remplissage (6) et de deuxièmes éléments de remplissage (7) se trouvant en contact entre eux et formant des espaces intermédiaires. Les premiers éléments de remplissage (6) comprennent du verre, de préférence du verre de quartz, et les deuxièmes éléments de remplissage (7) comprennent un alliage métallique composé d'environ 70 % d'étain, de 25 % d'antimoine et de 5 % de bismuth. L'invention concerne en outre l'utilisation d'un dispositif de ce type servant à améliorer la qualité de pulvérisation d'un fluide, en particulier d'un liquide.
