Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Aerosol-Dispersionseinrichtung (1, 100), umfassend einen Druckbehälter (4) mit darin unter Druck aufgenommenem Verbrauchsstoff, wobei der Druckbehälter ein Verbindungsstück (16) aufweist, das zum Freisetzen des Verbrauchsstoffs betätigbar ist, ein Mundstück (2), ein Düsenelement (17) mit Düsenöffnungen (25), die eine erste Fluidverbindung zwischen dem Mundstück (2) und dem Verbindungsstück (16) des Druckbehälters (4) bilden, wobei das Mundstück (2) derart oberhalb und angrenzend zu dem Düsenelement (17) angeordnet ist, dass sich ein Saugkanal (24) mit dem Düsenelement (17) bildet, zumindest eine Bypass-Öffnung (10), die eine zweite Fluidverbindung zwischen der Umgebung der Aerosol-Dispersionseinrichtung (1, 100) und dem Saugkanal (24) gewährleistet, und Betätigungsmittel, durch die eine Wechselwirkung mit dem Verbindungsstück (16) des Druckbehälters (4) erzielt werden kann, um dadurch ein Ventil der Aerosoldose zu öffnen, so dass in dem Druckbehälter enthaltener Verbrauchsstoff in Folge des inneren Systemdrucks des Druckbehälters durch die Düsenöffnungen mechanisch vernebelt wird und anschließend in den Saugkanal hineingelangt. Es sind Mittel vorgesehen, mit denen ein freier Strömungsquerschnitt der Bypass-Öffnung (10) von außen hinein in Richtung des Saugkanals (24) eingestellt werden kann, so dass eine Luftmenge, die bei geöffnetem Ventil des Druckbehälters aus der Umgebung in den Saugkanal (24) hineinströmt, steuerbar verändert werden kann.

The invention relates to an aerosol dispersion device (1, 100), comprising a pressurised container (4) having a consumable substance received therein under pressure, the pressurised container comprising a connecting piece (16) which can be actuated for releasing the consumable substance, a mouthpiece (2), a nozzle element (17) having nozzle orifices (25) which form a first fluid connection between the mouthpiece (2) and the connecting piece (16) of the pressurised container (4), the mouthpiece (2) being arranged above and adjoining the nozzle element (17) in such a way that a suction channel (24) forms with the nozzle element (17), at least one bypass-opening (10) which ensures a second fluid connection between the environment of the aerosol dispersion device (1, 100) and the suction channel (24), and actuating means by which an interaction with the connecting piece (16) of the pressurised container (4) can be achieved in order thereby to open a valve of the aerosol can such that consumable substance contained in the pressurised container is mechanically nebulised due to the internal system pressure of the pressurised container through the nozzle orifices and then enters the suction channel. Means are provided by which a free flow cross-section of the bypass orifice (10) inwards from the exterior towards the suction channel (24) can be adjusted, such that a quantity of air, which flows out of the environment into the suction channel (24) when the valve of the pressurised container is open, can be controllably changed.

L’invention concerne un dispositif de dispersion d’aérosol (1, 100) comprenant un récipient sous pression (4) renfermant un produit de consommation sous pression, le récipient sous pression comprenant : une pièce de liaison (16) qui peut être activée pour libérer le produit de consommation ; un embout buccal (2) ; un élément à buses (17) doté d’orifices formant buses (25) qui matérialisent une première liaison fluidique entre l’embout buccal (2) et la pièce de liaison (16) du récipient sous pression (4), l’embout buccal (2) se trouvant au-dessus et adjacent à l’élément à buses (17) de sorte qu’un canal d’aspiration (24) se trouve formé avec l’élément à buses (17) ; au moins une ouverture de dérivation (10) qui assure la formation d’une seconde liaison fluidique entre l’environnement du dispositif de dispersion d'aérosol (1, 100) et le canal d’aspiration (24) ; et des moyens d’actionnement qui permettent d’obtenir une interaction avec la pièce de liaison (16) du récipient sous pression (4) pour ainsi permettre l'ouverture d’un clapet du boîtier à aérosol de sorte qu’un produit de consommation contenu dans le récipient sous pression se trouve atomisé mécaniquement sous l'effet de la pression système interne du récipient sous pression, à travers les orifices formant buses pour ensuite se retrouver dans le canal d'aspiration. Des moyens permettent de régler la section transversale libre de l’ouverture de dérivation (10) depuis l’extérieur vers l’intérieur en direction du canal d'aspiration (24) de sorte que la quantité d’air qui rentre depuis l’environnement extérieur vers l’intérieur du canal d’aspiration (24), lorsque le clapet du récipient sous pression est ouvert, peut être réglée sur commande.
