Abstract

Disclosed are an SPC plate (10) and a preparation method therefor. The substrate layer (1) of the SPC plate (10) is made by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight, then heating, stretching, pressing, stacking, assembling a blank and then pressing, attaching and molding: 100 to 120 parts by weight of a PVC composite material, 300 to 400 parts by weight of a heavy calcium carbonate powder, 40 to 55 parts by weight of an abrasive powder, 5 to 8 parts by weight of a calcium-zinc stabilizer, 0.7 to 1 part by weight of a PVC internal and external lubricant, 3-6 parts by weight of a modifier, i.e. chlorinated polyethylene, 2 to 4 parts by weight of a modifier, i.e. ACR, 1 to 1.5 parts by weight of a PVC lubrication modifier, 0.6 to 0.8 part by weight of a new microcrystalline wax, and 1.5 to 2 parts by weight of a mineral tourmaline powder.

La présente invention concerne une plaque SPC (10) et son procédé de fabrication. La couche de substrat (1) de la plaque SPC (10) est réalisée en mélangeant les matières premières suivantes en parties en poids, puis en chauffant, en étirant, en pressant, en empilant, en assemblant une ébauche puis en pressant, en attachant et en moulant : 100 à 120 parties en poids d'un matériau composite PVC, 300 à 400 parties en poids d'une poudre de carbonate de calcium lourd, 40 à 55 parties en poids d'une poudre abrasive, 5 à 8 parties en poids d'un stabilisant calcium-zinc, 0,7 à 1 partie en poids d'un lubrifiant interne et externe en PVC, de 3 à 6 parties en poids d'un modificateur, c'est-à-dire de polyéthylène chloré, 2 à 4 parties en poids d'un modificateur, c'est-à-dire ACR, 1 à 1,5 parties en poids d'un modificateur de lubrification en PVC, 0,6 à 0,8 partie en poids d'une nouvelle cire microcristalline, et 1,5 à 2 parties en poids d'une poudre de tourmaline minérale.
