Abstract

An eddy current detection-based adaptive steel ball sorting device, comprising: a steel ball sorting unit, comprising two sorting rollers (6, 61) provided in parallel, the sorting rollers both being stepped sorting rollers; and an eddy current detection unit, comprising eddy current sensors (4), a colpitts oscillator, a detection circuit (28) and an MCU microprocessor which are electrically connected, two groups of the eddy current sensors being provided at both ends of the two sorting rollers in pairs, and the axes of the eddy current sensors and the axes of the two sorting rollers being in a same plane. Said sorting device has high sorting efficiency, reduces diameter error rate of steel balls, and thus is accurate.

L’invention concerne un dispositif de tri de billes d'acier adaptatif fondé sur la détection d'un courant de Foucault, comprenant : une unité de tri de billes d'acier, comprenant deux rouleaux de tri (6, 61) disposés en parallèle, les rouleaux de tri étant tous les deux des rouleaux de tri étagés ; et une unité de détection de courant de Foucault, comprenant des capteurs de courant de Foucault (4), un oscillateur Colpitts, un circuit de détection (28) et un microprocesseur de MCU qui sont connectés électriquement, deux groupes des capteurs de courant de Foucault étant disposés aux deux extrémités des deux rouleaux de tri par paires, et les axes des capteurs de courant de Foucault et les axes des deux rouleaux de tri se situant dans un même plan. Ledit dispositif de tri présente une grande efficacité de tri, réduit le taux d'erreur en matière de diamètre des billes d'acier et se révèle donc précis.

一种基于电涡流检测的钢球自适应分选装置,包括:钢球分选单元,包括平行设置的两个分选辊(6、61),两个分选辊均为阶梯型;以及电涡流检测单元,包括电连接的电涡流传感器(4)、电容三点式振荡器、检测电路(28)及MCU微处理器,其中电涡流传感器设置有两组,成对设置在两个分选辊的两端,而且电涡流传感器的轴心与两个分选辊的轴心处在同一个平面上。采用该分选装置,分选效率更高,钢球的直径误差率更准确。
