Abstract

A high-temperature filtering material of electrospun polyimide nanofibers. The filtering material is prepared by means of the following method: providing a first ODA raw material; dissolving the first ODA raw material in a DMAc solvent so as to obtain a first solution; adding PMDA and a phthalic anhydride to the first solution so as to obtain a second solution; stirring the second solution and subjecting same to a water bath so as to obtain a first PAA solution; adding the first PAA solution to an injector, and forming a first PAA non-woven fabric fiber layer on a substrate by using an electrostatic spinning method; providing a second ODA raw material; dissolving the second ODA raw material in the DMAc solvent so as to obtain a third solution; adding BTDA to the third solution so as to obtain a second PAA solution; adding the second PAA solution to an injector, and forming a second PAA fiber layer on the first PAA fiber layer by using the electrostatic spinning method so as to obtain a fiber laminate; subjecting the fiber laminate to a thermal imidization treatment; and carrying out a heat treatment on the fiber laminate, which has been subjected to the thermal imidization treatment.

L'invention concerne un matériau filtrant à haute température de nanofibres de polyimide électrofilées. Le matériau filtrant est préparé au moyen du procédé suivant consistant à : fournir une première matière première ODA ; dissoudre la première matière première ODA dans un solvant DMAc de façon à obtenir une première solution ; ajouter du PMDA et un anhydride phtalique à la première solution de façon à obtenir une seconde solution ; agiter la seconde solution et soumettre celle-ci à un bain d'eau de façon à obtenir une première solution de PAA ; ajouter la première solution de PAA à un injecteur, et former une première couche de fibre de tissu non tissé de PAA sur un substrat à l'aide d'un procédé de filage électrostatique ; fournir une seconde matière première d'ODA ; dissoudre la seconde matière première d'ODA dans le solvant DMAc de façon à obtenir une troisième solution ; ajouter du BTDA à la troisième solution de façon à obtenir une seconde solution de PAA ; ajouter la seconde solution de PAA à un injecteur, et former une seconde couche de fibres PAA sur la première couche de fibres PAA à l'aide d'un procédé de filage électrostatique de façon à obtenir un stratifié de fibres ; soumettre le stratifié de fibres à un traitement d'imidisation thermique ; et effectuer un traitement thermique sur le stratifié de fibres, qui a été soumis au traitement d'imidisation thermique.
