A production process of a filter cloth using mixed thermally-melted yarn sprayed cotton as a base layer, comprising feeding a material on layers of the filter cloth, feeding the material on an upper layer of nonwoven fabric, a middle sprayed cotton layer and a lower layer of nonwoven fabric, wherein the middle sprayed cotton layer uses a sprayed cotton layer having a thermally-melted yarn; scattering powder for the middle sprayed cotton layer, conveying carbon powder into a powder scattering mechanism, and scattering the powder to the middle sprayed cotton layer so that a layer of mixed powder is uniformly scattered to the middle sprayed cotton layer during transmission; drafting the upper layer of nonwoven fabric, the middle sprayed cotton layer and the lower layer of nonwoven fabric by means of a drafting mechanism, and then conveying same into an oven mechanism in a stacked manner for heating; pressing the heated stacked material; and sending the pressed material into a cooling mechanism for cooling. By doping the thermally-melted yarn to the middle sprayed cotton layer, the thermally-melted powder or glue can be prevented from covering the carbon powder, and influencing the filter effect of the carbon powder; and the filtering effect of the carbon powder can be exerted to the largest extent.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une toile filtrante à l'aide d'un coton aspergé d'un fil fondu thermiquement mélangé servant de couche de base, consistant à amener une substance sur des couches de la toile filtrante, amener la substance sur une couche de non-tissé supérieure, une couche de coton aspergée intermédiaire et une couche de non-tissé inférieure, la couche de coton aspergée intermédiaire utilisant une couche de coton aspergée comprenant un fil fondu thermiquement ; à disperser une poudre pour la couche de coton aspergée intermédiaire, amener de la poudre de carbone dans un mécanisme de dispersion de poudre, et disperser la poudre sur la couche de coton aspergée intermédiaire de façon à disperser uniformément une couche de poudre mélangée sur la couche de coton aspergée intermédiaire pendant la transmission ; à étirer la couche de non-tissé supérieure, la couche de coton aspergée intermédiaire et la couche de non-tissé inférieure au moyen d'un mécanisme d'étirage, puis les amener jusque dans un mécanisme de four sous forme de pile en vue d'un chauffage ; à compresser le matériau empilé chauffé ; et à envoyer le matériau compressé dans un mécanisme de refroidissement en vue d'un refroidissement. En dopant la couche de coton aspergée intermédiaire avec le fil fondu thermiquement, on peut empêcher la colle ou la poudre fondue thermiquement de recouvrir la poudre de carbone, et d'influencer l'effet de filtration de la poudre de carbone ; et l'effet de filtration de la poudre de carbone peut être exercé dans la plus grande mesure possible.

一种采用混合热熔丝喷丝棉为基层的滤布的生产工艺,包括对滤布的各层料进行放料,对上层无纺布、中间喷丝棉层、下层无纺布进行放料,其中中间喷丝棉层采用含热熔丝的喷丝棉层;对中间喷丝棉层进行撒粉,将碳粉送入撒粉机构,对中间喷丝棉层进行撒粉,使得中间喷丝棉层在传动过程中均匀地撒上一层混合粉料;将上层无纺布、中间喷丝棉层和下层无纺布通过牵引机构牵引后叠加送入到烘箱机构进行加热;将加热好的叠放料进行压合;将压合好的料送入冷却机构进行冷却。在中间喷丝棉层中掺杂热熔丝的方式,能够避免热熔粉或者胶水将碳粉包裹住,影响碳粉的过滤效果,能够最大限度地发挥碳粉过滤效果。
