Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing a composite consisting of a polymer blend composed of a matrix of polycaprolactone (1) in a proportion of between 45 and 90 wt. % of the composite; a disperse phase of polymeric elastomers composed of polyvinyl butyral (2) and ethylene-vinyl acetate (3), individually or in combination, in a proportion of between 10 and 55 wt.% of the composite; a filler, in a proportion of between 5 and 60 wt. % of the composite, consisting of talc (4) or glass fibre (5), individually or in combination; and silver nanoparticles (6) in a concentration of between 3 and 50 ppm. The composite (7) has a moulding temperature of approximately 55°C, is produced by extrusion (E2), including single-screw and twin-screw extrusion, and can be in the form of sheets or filaments (8) depending on the form of production of the customised end product.

L'invention concerne le procédé d’obtention d’un composite renfermant un mélange polymère comprenant une matrice de polycaprolactone (1) en proportion de 45% à 90% en masse du composite ; une phase dispersée d’élastomères polymères comprenant du polyvinylbutyral (2) et de l’éthylène vinyle acétate (3), isolés ou en mélange, en proportion comprise entre 10% et 55% en masse du composite ; une charge, dans une proportion comprise entre 05% et 60% en masse du composite, renfermant du talc (4) ou de la vibre de verre (5), isolés ou en mélange ; et des nanoparticules d'argent (6) en concentration de 3 à 50 ppm. Le composite (7) présente une température de moulage d’environ 55°C, sa fabrication étant réalisée par extrusion (E2), y compris l’extrusion à filet simple et à filet double. Il peut en outre se présenter sous forme de plaques ou de filaments (8), en fonction de la forme de confection du produit final personnalisé.

Refere-se ao processo de obtenção de compósito constituído de blenda polimérica, composta de uma matriz de Policaprolactona (1) numa proporção entre 45% e 90% em massa do compósito; uma fase dispersa de elastômeros poliméricos composta de Polivinil Butiral (2) e Etileno-Vinil Acetato (3), isolados ou em mistura, numa proporção entre 10% e 55% em massa do compósito; carga, numa proporção entre 05 e 60% em massa do compósito, sendo composta de talco (4) ou fibra de vidro (5), isolados ou em mistura; e nanopartículas de prata (6) numa concentração entre 3 e 50ppm. O compósito (7) possui temperatura de moldagem em torno de 55°C sendo fabricado por extrusão (E2), incluindo extrusão de rosca simples e rosca dupla e pode estar na forma de chapas ou filamentos (8) dependendo da forma de confecção do produto final personalizado.
