A computer implemented method and apparatus for automatic antenna alignment. The method comprises receiving a request to initiate antenna alignment; collecting location data from the drone; collecting location data from the target device; calculating bearing and altitude of the drone and the target device using the collected location data; and aligning the drone with the target device based on the calculated bearing and altitude.

L'invention concerne un procédé mis en œuvre par ordinateur et un appareil d'alignement d'antenne automatique. Le procédé consiste à recevoir une requête d'initiation d'alignement d'antenne ; à collecter des données d'emplacement à partir du drone ; à collecter des données d'emplacement à partir du dispositif cible ; à calculer un relèvement et une altitude du drone et du dispositif cible à l'aide des données d'emplacement collectées ; et à aligner le drone avec le dispositif cible sur la base du relèvement et de l'altitude calculés.
