A method of heave compensation for surface backpressure includes drilling a wellbore into a subterranean surface with a floating drilling rig, acquiring data including data corresponding to heave of the rig, using the acquired data as an input for the heave prediction modeler, calculating a heave compensation factor by heave prediction modeler, calibrating heave prediction modeler base on the acquired data, calculating a surface backpressure set point to manage pressure in the wellbore, where the surface backpressure set point includes the heave compensation factor, and changing surface backpressure to the surface backpressure set point. The floating drilling rig includes a rotating or non-rotating control device disposed above or below or across the rig tension ring and a smart choke manifold.

Cette invention concerne un procédé de compensation de pilonnement pour contre-pression de surface, comprenant les étapes consistant à : forer un puits de forage dans une surface souterraine avec un appareil de forage flottant, acquérir des données comprenant des données correspondant au pilonnement de l'appareil, utiliser les données acquises en tant qu'entrée pour le modélisateur de prédiction de pilonnement, calculer un facteur de compensation de pilonnement par un modélisateur de prédiction de pilonnement, étalonner le modélisateur de prédiction de pilonnement sur la base des données acquises, calculer un point de consigne de contre-pression de surface pour gérer la pression dans le puits de forage, le point de consigne de contre-pression de surface comprenant le facteur de compensation de pilonnement, et régler la contre-pression de surface au point de consigne de contre-pression de surface. L'appareil de forage flottant comprend un dispositif de commande rotatif ou non rotatif disposé au-dessus ou en dessous ou à travers l'anneau de tension d'appareil de forage et un collecteur de duses intelligent.
