A vehicle body structure (12) includes a first structural member (34) extending in a vehicle lateral direction and a second structural member (30) extending in a vehicle longitudinal direction. The second structural member (30) is connected to the first structural member (34). An off-center impact structure (14) is connected to at least one of the first structural member (34) and the second structural member (30). The off-center impact structure has a contact surface (14c). The contact surface (14c) is laterally spaced from the other of the first structural member (34) and the second structural member (30).

La présente invention concerne une structure de carrosserie de véhicule (12) qui comprend un premier élément structural (34) s’étendant dans une direction latérale du véhicule et un deuxième élément structural (30) s’étendant dans une direction longitudinale du véhicule. Le deuxième élément structural (30) est relié au premier élément structural (34). Une structure d’impact décentrée (14) est reliée à au moins l’un parmi le premier élément structurel (34) et le deuxième élément structural (30).
