La présente invention concerne un sucre mélangé, comprenant un maltooligosaccharide, qui présente une teneur inférieure en saccharide et une proportion inférieure de calories par apport au maltooligosaccharide existant, du sirop d'amidon ionique, du sirop de malt et du sirop à faible teneur en sucre, et qui a atteint un niveau équivalent de viscosité à celui du sirop d'amidon existant.
