Abstract

The thermoplastic resin composition according to the present invention comprises: approximately 100 parts by weight of base resins comprising approximately 10-45 wt% of a polyphenylene ether resin and approximately 55-90 wt% of an aliphatic polyamide resin; approximately 10-40 parts by weight of an inorganic filler; and approximately 2-10 parts by weight of a styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene copolymer, wherein the weight ratio of the inorganic filler to the styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene copolymer is approximately 3:1 to 8:1. The thermoplastic resin composition has excellent dimensional stability, exterior properties, shock resistance, rigidity, heat resistance, etc.

La présente invention concerne une composition de résine thermoplastique comprenant : environ 100 parties en poids de résines de base comprenant environ 10 à 45 % en poids d'une résine de poly(phénylène éther) et environ 55 à 90 % en poids d'une résine de polyamide aliphatique; environ 10 à 40 parties en poids d'une charge inorganique; et environ 2 à 10 parties en poids d'un copolymère styrène-éthylène/butylène-styrène, le rapport pondéral de la charge inorganique au copolymère styrène-éthylène/butylène-styrène étant d'environ 3:1 à 8:1. La composition de résine thermoplastique est excellente en matière de stabilité dimensionnelle, de propriétés extérieures, de résistance aux chocs, de rigidité, de résistance à la chaleur etc.

본 발명의 열가소성 수지 조성물은 폴리페닐렌에테르 수지 약 10 내지 약 45 중량%, 및 지방족 폴리아미드 수지 약 55 내지 약 90 중량%를 포함하는 기초 수지 약 100 중량부; 무기 충진제 약 10 내지 약 40 중량부; 및 스티렌-에틸렌/부틸렌-스티렌 공중합체 약 2 내지 약 10 중량부;를 포함하며, 상기 무기 충진제 및 상기 스티렌-에틸렌/부틸렌-스티렌 공중합체의 중량비가 약 3 : 1 내지 약 8 : 1인 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 치수 안정성, 외관 특성, 내충격성, 강성, 내열성 등이 우수하다.
