The present invention relates to a hermetic heating and pressurizing ultrafine grinding apparatus characterized by comprising: a wind direction-guiding inclined plate (41) for generating a vortex flow of cooling air; a motor housing (30) having air exhaust ports (31) in the side surface below the wind direction-guiding inclined plate (41); a material inlet (54) provided inside a first coolant storage chamber (52); an air pressurizing apparatus (60) provided inside the material inlet (54); a first coolant supply tube (55) provided in the first coolant storage chamber (52); and a second coolant supply tube (56) and a second coolant discharge tube (57) provided in a second coolant storage chamber (220). The hermetic heating and pressurizing ultrafine grinding apparatus according to the present invention allows the inside pressure and temperature to be controlled appropriately for the properties of various food materials without destroying nutrients.

La présente invention concerne un appareil de broyage ultrafin à chauffage et à pressurisation hermétiques, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une plaque inclinée (41) de guidage de direction de vent, permettant de générer un écoulement tourbillonnaire d'air de refroidissement ; un carter de moteur (30) comportant des orifices d'échappement d'air (31) dans la surface latérale située au-dessous de la plaque inclinée (41) de guidage de direction de vent ; une entrée de matière (54), disposée à l'intérieur d'une première chambre de stockage de caloporteur (52) ; un appareil de mise sous pression d'air (60), disposé à l'intérieur de l'entrée de matière (54) ; un premier tube d'alimentation en caloporteur (55), disposé dans la première chambre de stockage de caloporteur (52) ; et un second tube d'alimentation en caloporteur (56) et un second tube d'évacuation de caloporteur (57), disposés dans une seconde chambre de stockage de caloporteur (220). L'appareil de broyage ultrafin à chauffage et à pressurisation hermétiques selon la présente invention permet de réguler convenablement la pression et la température internes pour conserver les propriétés de diverses matières alimentaires sans nuire à leurs nutriments.

냉각공기의 와류를 형성하기 위하여 풍향유도 경사판(41)을 갖고 상기 모터하우징(30)이 풍향유도 경사판(41) 아래쪽 측면에 공기 배기구(31)를 갖고, 상기 제1냉각수 저장실(52) 내에 재료투입구(54)가 설치되고 상기 재료투입구(54) 내에 공기가압장치(60)가 설치되며, 상기 제1 냉각수 저장실(52) 내에 제1 냉각수 공급관(55)이구비되고, 그리고 상기 제2 냉각수 저장실(220) 내에 제2 냉각수 공급관(56) 및 제2 냉각수배출관(57)이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 가열ㆍ가압 초미세 분쇄장치에관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 밀폐형 가열ㆍ가압 초미세 분쇄장치는 영양소를 파괴하지 않고 각종식재료의 특성에 맞게 내부압력과 온도를 조절 가능한 것입니다.
