The present invention relates to a method for automatic detection of an AIMP2-DX2 signal through RNA in-situ hybridization assay and, more particularly, to a method for automatically detecting a signal ratio of AIMP2-DX2, which is a splicing variant of AIMP2, in a biological sample obtained from a subject, by using an RNA in-situ hybridization assay. The method according to the present invention can be very advantageously utilized for the discrimination, diagnosis, and prognosis prediction of cancer because the method not only can quantitatively detect a ratio of AIMP2-DX2 in identical samples, can be automatized, and can provide diagnosis results with excellent accuracy, but also can be clinically applied by using FFPE specimens.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection automatique d’un signal d’AIMP2-DX2 à travers un essai d’hybridation d’ARN in situ et, plus particulièrement, un procédé de détection automatiquement d’un rapport signal d’AIMP2-DX2, qui est un variant d’épissage d’AIMP2, dans un échantillon biologique obtenu auprès d’un sujet, en utilisant un essai d’hybridation d’ARN in situ. Le procédé selon la présente invention peut être très avantageusement utilisé pour la discrimination, le diagnostic, et la prédiction de prognostic de cancer du fait que le procédé non seulement peut quantitativement détecter un rapport de l’AIMP2-DX2 dans des échantillons identiques, peut être automatisé, et peut fournir des résultats de diagnostic avec une excellente précision, mais également peut être cliniquement appliqué en utilisant des échantillons FFPE.

본 발명은 RNA 은 제자리 혼성화 방법을 통한 AIMP2-DX2 신호 자동화 검출 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 RNA 은 제자리 혼성화 방법을 이용하여 피검체로부터 수득한 생물학적 시료에서 AIMP2의 플라이싱 변이체(splicing variant)인 AIMP2-DX2 신호의 비율을 자동으로 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법에 따르면 동일 시료 내에서 AIMP2-DX2의 비율을 정량적으로 검출할 수 있고 자동화가 가능하며, 진단결과의 정확도가 우수할 뿐만 아니라 FFPE 시료를 사용하여 임상에 적용 가능하기 때문에, 암의 구분진단, 예후 예측 등에 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
