The present invention relates to an Arabidopsis thaliana-derived ADF3 gene for controlling plant tropisms, and a use thereof. An ADF3 protein regulates callose accumulation in plasmodesmata so as to control plant tropisms, thereby being effectively usable in the photomorphogenic design of crops or ornamental plants, and in the like.

La présente invention concerne un gène ADF3 dérivé d'arabidopsis thaliana pour le contrôle des tropismes végétaux, et une utilisation associée. Une protéine ADF3 régule l'accumulation de callose dans les plasmodesmes de manière à contrôler les tropismes végétaux, ce qui peut être efficacement utilisé dans la conception photomorphogénique de cultures ou de plantes ornementales, et analogues.

본 발명은 식물체의 굴성을 조절하는 애기장대 유래의 ADF3 유전자 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, ADF3 단백질은 원형질연락사에서 칼로스 축적을 조절하여 식물체의 굴성(tropism)을 조절할 수 있으므로, 작물 또는 관상식물의 광이용 형태 디자인 등에 유용하게 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
