A thermoelectric element according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first metal substrate; a first resin layer which is arranged on the first metal substrate and which comes into direct contact with the first metal substrate; a plurality of first electrodes arranged on the first resin layer; a plurality of P-type thermoelectric legs and a plurality of N-type thermoelectric legs which are arranged on the plurality of first electrodes; a plurality of second electrodes arranged on the plurality of P-type thermoelectric legs and the plurality of N-type thermoelectric legs; a second resin layer arranged on the plurality of second electrodes; and a second metal substrate which is arranged on the second resin layer and which comes into direct contact with the second resin layer, wherein the adhesion strength between the first resin layer and the plurality of first electrodes differs from the adhesion strength between the second resin layer and the plurality of second electrodes.

La présente invention porte, selon un mode de réalisation, sur un élément thermoélectrique qui comprend : un premier substrat métallique; une première couche de résine qui est disposée sur le premier substrat métallique et qui vient en contact direct avec le premier substrat métallique; une pluralité de premières électrodes disposées sur la première couche de résine; une pluralité de pattes thermoélectriques de type P et une pluralité de pattes thermoélectriques de type N disposées sur la pluralité de premières électrodes; une pluralité de secondes électrodes disposées sur la pluralité de pattes thermoélectriques de type P et la pluralité de pattes thermoélectriques de type N; une seconde couche de résine disposée sur la pluralité de secondes électrodes; et un second substrat métallique qui est disposé sur la seconde couche de résine et qui vient en contact direct avec la seconde couche de résine, la force d'adhérence entre la première couche de résine et la pluralité de premières électrodes étant différente de la force d'adhérence entre la seconde couche de résine et la pluralité de secondes électrodes.

본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 열전소자는 제1 금속기판, 상기 제1 금속기판 상에 배치되며, 상기 제1 금속기판과 직접 접촉하는 제1 수지층, 상기 제1 수지층 상에 배치된 복수의 제1 전극, 상기 복수의 제1 전극 상에 배치된 복수의 P형 열전 레그 및 복수의 N형 열전 레그, 상기 복수의 P형 열전 레그 및 복수의 N형 열전 레그 상에 배치된 복수의 제2 전극, 상기 복수의 제2 전극 상에 배치되는 제2 수지층, 그리고 상기 제2 수지층 상에 배치되며, 상기 제2 수지층과 직접 접촉하는 제2 금속기판을 포함하고, 상기 제1 수지층과 상기 복수의 제1 전극 간의 접합 강도는 상기 제2 수지층과 상기 복수의 제2 전극 간의 접합 강도와 상이하다.
