The present invention relates to a method for preparing a poly-γ-glutamic acid hydrogel by using ultraviolet rays, and a use of a poly-γ-glutamic acid hydrogel prepared by the preparation method. The method for preparing a poly-γ-glutamic acid hydrogel resolves the problem of microbial contamination in a poly-γ-glutamic acid solution, and prepares a poly-γ-glutamic acid hydrogel in a high yield by means of a simple treatment process only, and the improved storage stability in a solution, of the poly-γ-glutamic acid hydrogel, was identified such that a poly-γ-glutamic acid hydrogel prepared by the method for preparing a poly-γ-glutamic acid hydrogel, of the present invention, can be provided as scaffolds for tissue engineering, artificial organs and bioinks for three-dimensional printing.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un hydrogel d'acide poly-γ-glutamique à l'aide de rayons ultraviolets, et l'utilisation d'un hydrogel d'acide poly-γ-glutamique préparé par le procédé de préparation. Le procédé de préparation d'un hydrogel d'acide poly-γ-glutamique résout le problème de contamination microbienne dans une solution d'acide poly-γ-glutamique, et prépare un hydrogel d'acide poly-γ-glutamique à un rendement élevé au moyen d'un procédé de traitement simple uniquement, et la stabilité au stockage améliorée dans une solution, de l'hydrogel d'acide poly-γ-glutamique, a été identifiée de telle sorte qu'un hydrogel d'acide poly-γ-glutamique préparé par le procédé de préparation d'un hydrogel d'acide poly-γ-glutamique de la présente invention peut être fourni en tant qu'échafaudages pour l'ingénierie tissulaire, les organes artificiels et les bioencres pour l'impression 3D.

본 발명은 자외선을 이용한 폴리감마글루탐산 하이드로젤 제조방법 및 상기 제조방법에 따른 폴리감마글루탐산 하이드로젤의 용도에 관한 것으로, 상기 폴리감마글루탐산 하이드로젤 제조방법은 폴리감마글루탐산 용액 내 미생물 오염 문제를 해결하고, 간단한 처리공정만으로 높은 수율로 폴리감마글루탐산 하이드로젤을 제조하였으며, 상기 폴리감마글루탐산 하이드로젤에서 향상된 용액 내 보관안정성이 확인됨에 따라, 본 발명의 폴리감마글루탐산 하이드로젤 제조방법으로 제조된 폴리감마글루탐산 하이드로젤은 조직공학적 지지체, 인공장기 및 3차원 프린트용 바이오 잉크로 제공될 수 있다.
