Disclosed is an attachable/detachable device for repeatedly measuring food texture. To this end, the present invention comprises: a holder having a probe guide installed therein, the probe guide having a predetermined guide hole formed at the center thereof and extending downward while having a predetermined inner space; a cylindrical probe which moves up and down while surrounding the probe guide and has multiple holes formed at the bottom surface thereof so as to allow food to be partially extracted therethrough depending on the degree of compression when the food is compressed; a food sample cup having an inner space in which food can be placed, and positioned below the cylindrical probe; and multiple position fixing guides disposed between the holder and the food sample cup.

L'invention concerne un dispositif attachable/détachable pour mesurer de manière répétée une texture alimentaire. À cet effet, la présente invention comprend : un support ayant un guide de sonde installé à l'intérieur de celui-ci, le guide de sonde ayant un trou de guidage prédéterminé formé au centre de celui-ci et s'étendant vers le bas tout en ayant un espace interne prédéterminé; une sonde cylindrique qui se déplace vers le haut et vers le bas tout en entourant le guide de sonde et comportant de multiples trous formés au niveau de sa surface inférieure de façon à permettre à l'aliment d'être partiellement extrait à travers celui-ci en fonction du degré de compression lorsque l'aliment est comprimé; une coupelle d'échantillon d'aliment ayant un espace interne dans lequel des aliments peuvent être placés, et positionnés sous la sonde cylindrique; et de multiples guides de fixation de position disposés entre le support et la coupelle d'échantillon d'aliment.

착탈 가능한 식품의 조직감 반복 측정기가 소개된다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 그 중심에 소정의 가이드홀이 형성되고 내부에 소정 공간이 형성된 채 하방으로 연장 형성된 프로브가이드구가 설치된 고정대; 상기 프로브가이드구를 감싼 상태에서 상하 운동하며 식품의 압착시 압착 정도에 따라 식품의 일부가 추출될 수 있도록 그 하부면에 다수개의 홀이 형성된 실린더형 프로브;그 내부에 식품이 놓일 수 있는 공간이 형성되고 상기 실린더형 프로브 하부에 위치하는 식품샘플컵; 및 상기 고정대와 상기 식품샘플컵 사이에 위치하는 복수개의 위치고정가이드;를 포함한다.
