Provided is a display device capable of being frameless. A display device 1 is provided with: a substrate 2; and, disposed on a first surface 2a side of the substrate 2, pixel arrays 3, light emission control signal lines 4, scan signal lines 5, scan signal line driving circuits 6 for driving the scan signal lines 4, and a driving control signal line 7 for supplying a scan line driving control signal GATE_EN to the scan signal line driving circuits 6. The driving control signal line 7 includes a first section 7a that extends in the row direction of the pixel arrays 3, a second section 7b that is connected to the first section 7a and extends in the column direction of the pixel arrays 3, and third sections 7c that are connected to the second section 7b and extend in the row direction of the pixel arrays 3 to the side opposite the first section 7a. The light emission control signal lines 4 include first light emission control signal lines 4a and second light emission control signal lines 4b, and the number of intersecting locations between the first light emission control signal lines 4a and the first section 7a is less than the number of intersecting locations between the second light emission control signal lines 4b and the third sections 7c.
