Obtained by the present invention is a silicon-containing negative electrode for a lithium ion battery, which has a high capacity and a lowered initial irreversible capacity. Through-holes are formed in the thickness direction of a negative electrode in which formed is a negative electrode active substance layer, which is obtained by disposing a silicon-containing negative electrode active substance on at least one principal surface of a current collector. The negative electrode is pre-doped with lithium ions. The ratio of initial discharging capacity relative to initial charging capacity is 90% or more when the negative electrode is subjected to initial charging and discharging.

La présente invention concerne une électrode négative contenant du silicium pour une batterie ion-lithium, qui présente une grande capacité et une capacité irréversible initiale réduite. Des trous traversants sont percés dans le sens de l'épaisseur d'une électrode négative dans laquelle est formée une couche de substance active d'électrode négative, qui est obtenue en déposant une substance active d'électrode négative contenant du silicium sur au moins une surface principale d'un collecteur de courant. L'électrode négative est préalablement dopée avec des ions lithium. Le rapport entre la capacité de décharge initiale et la capacité de charge initiale est supérieur ou égal à 90 % lorsque l'électrode négative est soumise à une charge et à une décharge initiales.

大容量であり、且つ初期の不可逆容量を小さくしたシリコン含有のリチウムイオン電池用負極を得る。集電体の少なくとも一方の主面にシリコンを含む負極活物質を配した負極活物質層を形成した負極に厚さ方向に貫通する貫通孔を形成し、該負極に予めリチウムイオンをプレドーピングし、該負極の初期充放電に於ける初期充電容量に対する初期放電容量の割合は90%以上である。
