Provided is a method for manufacturing a glove, including (1) a step for dipping a glove molding die into a coagulant solution including calcium ions and causing the coagulant to adhere to the glove molding die, (2) a dispersing step for leaving a dip molding composition to stand while stirring the dip molding composition, (3) a dipping step, (4) a gelling step, (5) a leaching step, (6) a beading step, (7) a precuring step, and (8) a curing step, the steps of (3) through (8) above being performed in the above order, and the dip molding composition having a specific composition.

L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'un gant, comprenant (1) une étape consistant à plonger une matrice de moulage de gant dans une solution de coagulant comprenant des ions calcium et à amener le coagulant à adhérer à la matrice de moulage de gant, (2) une étape de dispersion consistant à laisser reposer une composition de moulage par trempage tout en agitant la composition de moulage par trempage, (3) une étape de trempage, (4) une étape de gélification, (5) une étape de lixiviation, (6) une étape de bordage, (7) une étape de pré-traitement, et (8) une étape de durcissement, les étapes de (3) à (8) ci-dessus étant effectuées dans l'ordre ci-dessus, et la composition de moulage par trempage ayant une composition spécifique.
