Provided is a transparent conductive film laminate production method that makes it possible to expand the range from which a protective film can be selected. A transparent conductive film laminate production method is characterized by comprising a transparent conductive film formation step for forming a transparent conductive film by forming a transparent conductive layer on one surface of a transparent film, a heat treatment step for heat treating the transparent conductive film at a temperature of at least 135°C for at least 0.2 hours, and a protective film lamination step for adhering a protective film that protects the other surface of the transparent film and can be peeled away, wherein the protective film lamination step is carried out after the heat treatment step.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de stratifié de film conducteur transparent qui permet d'étendre la plage à partir de laquelle un film de protection peut être sélectionné. Un procédé de production de stratifié de film conducteur transparent est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape de formation de film conducteur transparent pour former un film conducteur transparent par formation d'une couche conductrice transparente sur une surface d'un film transparent, une étape de traitement thermique pour le traitement thermique du film conducteur transparent à une température d'au moins 135 °C pendant au moins 0,2 heures, et une étape de stratification de film de protection pour coller un film de protection qui protège l'autre surface du film transparent et peut être décollé, l'étape de stratification de film de protection étant réalisée après l'étape de traitement thermique.
