Abstract:
(EN) The method of the present invention involves performing main welding, and performing test welding prior to the main welding, wherein: in post-energization in the test welding, energization is performed by constant current control under the condition that a mean value Vtm of an inter-electrode voltage in main energization of the test welding and a mean value Vtp of the inter-electrode voltage in the post-energization satisfy the relationship 0.5≤Vtp/Vtm≤2.0 if tc<800 ms, the relationship 0.5-0.3×(tc-800)/800≤Vtp/Vtm≤2.0-0.5×(tc-800)/800 if 800 ms≤tc<1600 ms, and the relationship 0.2≤Vtp/Vtm≤1.5 if tc≥1600 ms; adaptive control welding is performed in the main energization of the main welding; and in the post-energization of the main welding, energization employing constant current control is performed under the condition that the relationship 0.8×Itp≤Imp≤1.2×Itp is satisfied, where Itp is the current value in the post-energization of the test welding, and Imp is the current value in the post-energization of the main welding.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé consistant à effectuer un soudage principal, et à effectuer un soudage d'essai avant le soudage principal, dans la post-excitation dans le soudage d'essai, une excitation étant effectuée par une commande à courant constant à condition qu'une valeur moyenne (Vtm) d'une tension inter-électrodes dans l'excitation principale du soudage d'essai et qu'une valeur moyenne (Vtp) de la tension inter-électrodes dans la post-excitation satisfont la relation 0,5 ≤ Vtp/Vtm ≤ 2,0 si tc < 800 ms, la relation 0,5-0,3 × (tc-800)/800 ≤ Vtp/Vtm ≤ 2,0-0,5 ×(tc-800)/800 si 800 ms ≤ tc <1600 ms, et la relation 0,2 ≤ Vtp/Vtm ≤ 1,5 si tc ≥ 1600 ms ; un soudage à commande adaptative étant effectué dans l'excitation principale du soudage principal ; et dans la post-excitation du soudage principal, une excitation utilisant une commande à courant constant étant effectuée à condition que la relation 0,8 × Itp ≤ Imp ≤ 1,2 × Itp soit satisfaite, où Itp est la valeur de courant dans la post-excitation du soudage d'essai, et Imp est la valeur de courant dans la post-excitation du soudage principal.
(JA) 本溶接と、該本溶接に先立つテスト溶接とを行うものとし、該テスト溶接の後通電では、テスト溶接の本通電の電極間電圧の平均値:Vtmおよび後通電の電極間電圧の平均値:Vtpが、tc<800msの場合:0.5≦Vtp/Vtm≦2.0の関係を、800ms≦tc<1600msの場合:0.5-0.3×(tc-800)/800≦Vtp/Vtm≦2.0-0.5×(tc-800)/800の関係を、tc≧1600msの場合:0.2≦Vtp/Vtm≦1.5の関係を満足する条件で、定電流制御により通電し、上記本溶接の本通電では、適応制御溶接を行い、また、上記本溶接の後通電では、上記テスト溶接の後通電の電流値をItp、上記本溶接の後通電の電流値をImpとしたとき、0.8×Itp≦Imp≦1.2×Itpの関係を満たす条件で、定電流制御による通電を行う。
