Abstract:
(EN) One of the problems addressed by the present invention is to provide a metal powder that comprises metal particles in which the concentration and distribution of sulfur are controlled, and a production method therefor. The provided method for producing the metal powder comprises generating a metal chloride gas by chlorinating a metal with chlorine, and generating metal particles by reducing a gaseous metal chloride in the presence of a gas containing sulfur. The reduction is done such that the bulk concentration of sulfur in the metal particles is between 0.01 wt% and 1.0 wt%, inclusive, and such that the local concentration of sulfur at a position 4 nm from the surface of the metal particles is at least 2 at%. The bulk concentration and local concentration are estimated by using an inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer and an energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopic analyzer provided on a scanning transmission electron microscope, respectively.
(FR) L'un des problèmes abordé par la présente invention est de fournir une poudre métallique qui comprend des particules métalliques dans lesquelles la concentration et la distribution de soufre sont contrôlées et un procédé de production associé. Le procédé de production de la poudre métallique selon l'invention comprend la génération d'un gaz de chlorure métallique par chloration d'un métal avec du chlore et la génération de particules métalliques par réduction d'un chlorure métallique gazeux en présence d'un gaz contenant du soufre. La réduction est réalisée de telle sorte que la concentration en vrac de soufre dans les particules métalliques est comprise entre 0,01 % en poids et 1,0 % en poids inclus et de telle sorte que la concentration locale de soufre à une position de 4 nm à partir de la surface des particules métalliques est d'au moins 2 % at. La concentration en vrac et la concentration locale sont estimées à l'aide d'un spectromètre à émission atomique à plasma couplé par induction et d'un analyseur spectroscopique à rayons X à dispersion d'énergie disposé sur un microscope électronique à balayage en transmission, respectivement.
