Abstract:
(EN) This disc brake comprises: a carrier that is fixed to a non-rotating section of a vehicle; a caliper that is attached to the carrier and a has a piston pressing an inner brake pad; a slide pin that is fixed to either the carrier or the caliper, and allows the caliper to slide in a wheel axle direction with regard to the carrier; and a drive mechanism that has an electric motor and a speed reduction mechanism, and transmits a driving force of the electric motor to the piston via the speed reduction mechanism, wherein at least one section of the drive mechanism is positioned on a line of extension of the axis of the slide pin. Thus, an increase in the size of this disc brake can be suppressed, and the ease of installation of the same in a vehicle can be increased.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un frein à disque comprenant : un élément porteur qui est fixé à une section non rotative d'un véhicule ; un étrier qui est fixé à l'élément porteur et qui comprend un piston comprimant un patin de frein interne ; une broche coulissante qui est fixée soit à l'élément porteur, soit à l'étrier, et qui permet à l'étrier de coulisser dans une direction d'essieu de roue par rapport à l'élément porteur ; et un mécanisme d'entraînement qui comprend un moteur électrique et un mécanisme réducteur de vitesse, et transmet une force d'entraînement du moteur électrique au piston par l'intermédiaire du mécanisme réducteur de vitesse, au moins une section du mécanisme d'entraînement étant positionnée sur une ligne d'extension de l'axe de la broche coulissante. Une augmentation de la taille de ce frein à disque peut ainsi être supprimée, et la facilité d'installation de celui-ci dans un véhicule peut être augmentée.
(JA) 本ディスクブレーキは、車両の非回転部に固定されるキャリアと、該キャリアに取り付けられ、インナブレーキパッドを押圧するピストンを有するキャリパと、キャリアまたはキャリパのいずれかに固定され、キャリアに対してキャリパを車輪の軸方向に摺動可能にするスライドピンと、電動機及び減速機構を有し、電動機の駆動力を、減速機構を介してピストンに伝達する駆動機構と、を備え、駆動機構の少なくとも一部が、スライドピンの軸線の延長線上に配置される。これにより、本ディスクブレーキの大型化が抑制されて、車両への搭載性を向上させることができる。
