This output noise reduction device according to an aspect of the present invention is configured from a conductive bar 12, a magnetic core 10 through which the conductive bar 12 penetrates, and lead members 13 and 14 that connect the conductive bar 12 and a mounting substrate 7, wherein, after the lead members 13 and 14 are connected to the conductive bar 12, the output noise reduction device is molded with a mold 20. As a result, the number of components is reduced and the occupied area of the mounting substrate is used efficiently, whereby component costs and manufacturing costs are lowered and the present invention can be applied to a wide range of customer demands.

Selon un aspect, la présente invention porte sur un dispositif de réduction de bruit de sortie qui est configuré à partir d'une barre conductrice 12, d'un noyau magnétique 10 à travers lequel pénètre la barre conductrice 12, et d'éléments pattes 13 et 14 qui connectent la barre conductrice 12 et un substrat de montage 7, le dispositif de réduction de bruit de sortie étant moulé avec un moule 20 après que les éléments pattes 13 et 14 ont été connectés à la barre conductrice 12. Par conséquent, le nombre de composants est réduit et la zone occupée du substrat de montage est utilisée efficacement, moyennant quoi les coûts en composants et les coûts de fabrication sont réduits et la présente invention peut être appliquée à une large gamme d'exigences de clients.

本発明の一側面に係る出力ノイズ低減装置は、導電バー12と、導電バー12が貫通する磁性体コア10と、導電バー12と実装基板7とを接続するリード部材13および14から構成される出力ノイズ低減装置において、リード部材13および14を導電バー12に接続した後、モールド20によりモールドした。これにより、部品点数を削減するとともに実装基板の占有面積を効率に利用することで、部品コストや製造コストを低減するとともに、顧客の幅広い要望に対応可能とする。
