An electric compressor comprising an electric motor equipped with a rotor and a stator, and a motor housing arranged around the periphery of the stator. The motor housing comprises a tubular inner housing, a tubular inner housing, and a helical groove that circles the outer circumference of the inner housing at least once and through which a cooling medium passes. The groove includes a pair of side surfaces opposing each other in the rotational axis direction of the rotor, and a bottom surface connected to both side surfaces. Both side surfaces are provided so as to have a draft angle inclined in the direction opposite the direction in which the side surfaces oppose each other, with the release direction orthogonal to the rotational axis direction as a reference.

Cette invention concerne un compresseur électrique comprenant un moteur électrique équipé d'un rotor et d'un stator, et un carter de moteur disposé autour de la périphérie du stator. Le boîtier de moteur comprend un boîtier interne tubulaire, un boîtier interne tubulaire, et une rainure hélicoïdale qui entoure la circonférence externe du boîtier interne au moins une fois et à travers laquelle passe un milieu de refroidissement. La rainure comprend une paire de surfaces latérales opposées l'une à l'autre dans la direction de l'axe de rotation du rotor, et une surface inférieure reliée aux deux surfaces latérales.
