Abstract

In the present invention, a voltage measurement part measures a voltage of a battery cell. A control part controls charging/discharging of the battery cell. After charging/discharging of the battery cell is completed, the control part performs control so as to cause a reverse current for cancelling out a polarization voltage of the battery cell to flow in the battery cell. For example, after the charging/discharging of the battery cell is completed, the control part sets a current instruction value, which instructs application of a reverse current having a preset value for a preset period of time, to a power conversion device.

Dans la présente invention, une partie de mesure de tension mesure une tension d'un élément de batterie. Une partie de commande commande la charge/décharge de l'élément de batterie. Après que la charge/décharge de l'élément de batterie est terminée, la partie de commande effectue une commande de manière à provoquer un courant inverse pour annuler une tension de polarisation de l'élément de batterie pour s'écouler dans l'élément de batterie. Par exemple, après que la charge/décharge de l'élément de batterie est terminée, la partie de commande règle une valeur d'instruction de courant, qui ordonne l'application d'un courant inverse ayant une valeur prédéfinie pendant une période de temps prédéfinie, à un dispositif de conversion de puissance.

電圧計測部は、電池セルの電圧を計測する。制御部は、電池セルの充放電を制御する。制御部は、電池セルの充放電の終了後、電池セルの分極電圧を打ち消すための逆電流を電池セルに流すよう制御する。例えば、制御部は、電池セルの充放電の終了後、予め設定された値の逆電流を予め設定された時間流すことを指示する電流指令値を電力変換装置に設定する。
