Abstract

A recombinant system for improving genome editing via homologous recombination is disclosed. The system comprising a first nucleic acid sequence encoding a DNA editing agent having a double strand DNA cutting activity and a second nucleic acid sequence encoding a polypeptide capable of increasing homologous recombination in a target cell.

L'invention concerne un système de recombinaison permettant d'améliorer l'édition génomique par recombinaison homologue. Le système comprend une première séquence d'acide nucléique codant pour un agent d'édition d'ADN ayant une activité de découpe de l'ADN double brin et une seconde séquence d'acide nucléique codant pour un polypeptide capable d'augmenter la recombinaison homologue dans une cellule cible.
