Abstract

The present disclosure provides a kit and method for detecting DNA. In particular, the present disclosure relates to a gene chip-based kit for detecting a DNA sample, a signal amplification system for use in the kit, and a method for using the kit. The present disclosure involves first unifying the substances to be tested by a biotransformation process performed outside the test system in the determination of DNA fragments to be tested, so that the substrate of the chip only corresponds to a unified standard. It can be achieved therefrom that a unified chip and substrate can be used to detect a plurality of objects, while the preparation of the chip is simplified, and cross-contamination caused by different substrates is avoided. Moreover, the kit contains a signal amplification system, which leads to a higher detection sensitivity when same is used for detecting DNA.

La présente invention concerne un kit et un procédé de détection d'ADN. En particulier, la présente invention concerne un kit à base de puce génique pour la détection d'un échantillon d'ADN, un système d'amplification de signal pour l'utilisation dans le kit, et un procédé pour utiliser le kit. La présente invention implique en premier l'unification des substances à tester par un procédé de biotransformation effectué à l'extérieur du système de test dans la détermination des fragments d'ADN à tester, de sorte que le substrat de la puce correspond uniquement à une norme unifiée. Il peut être ainsi obtenu qu'une puce et un substrat unifiés peuvent être utilisés pour détecter une pluralité d'objets, tandis que la préparation de la puce est simplifiée, et que la contamination croisée provoquée par différents substrats est évitée. En outre, le kit contient un système d'amplification de signal, qui conduit à une sensibilité de détection supérieure lorsqu'il est utilisé pour détecter l'ADN.
