Abstract:
(EN) A device (10) for direct manufacture by laser fusion of sprayed powder, comprising: - a nozzle (14) for spraying a metal powder, - at least one first laser emitter (16) configured to emit a first laser beam (18) at a predetermined wavelength λ1 and at a predetermined power, so as to melt said sprayed powder, characterised in that it further comprises: - at least one second laser emitter (34) configured to emit a second laser beam (36) at a wavelength λ2 through the sprayed powder, at the outlet of said nozzle, the wavelengths λ1 and λ2 being different, - at least one receiver (38) configured to receive said second laser beam, after it has passed through the sprayed powder, and - means (40) for comparing the light intensity of the second laser beam received by said receiver and the light intensity of the second laser beam emitted by said second emitter, and for determining the flow rate of powder sprayed by the nozzle.
(FR) Dispositif (10) de fabrication directe par fusion laser de poudre projetée, comprenant : - une buse (14) de projection d'une poudre métallique, - au moins un premier émetteur laser (16) configuré pour émettre un premier faisceau laser (18) à une longueur d'onde λ1 prédéterminée et à une puissance prédéterminée, de façon à faire fondre ladite poudre projetée, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre : - au moins un second émetteur laser (34) configuré pour émettre un second faisceau laser (36) à une longueur d'onde λ2 à travers la poudre projetée, en sortie de ladite buse, les longueurs d'onde λ1 et λ2 étant différentes, - au moins un récepteur (38) configuré pour recevoir ledit second faisceau laser, après sa traversée de la poudre projetée, et - des moyens (40) de comparaison de l'intensité lumineuse du second faisceau laser reçu par ledit récepteur et de l'intensité lumineuse du second faisceau laser émis par ledit second émetteur, et de détermination du débit de poudre projetée par la buse.
