Abstract

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing an abradable layer (12), which comprises the following steps: - compressing a powder composition (30) comprising at least micrometric ceramic particles having a number average shape factor no lower than 3, the mass concentration of said micrometric ceramic particles in the powder composition being no lower than 85%; and - sintering the powder composition thus compressed in order to obtain the abradable layer.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une couche abradable (12), comprenant les étapes suivantes : - compression d'une composition pulvérulente (30) comprenant au moins des particules céramiques micrométriques ayant un facteur de forme moyen en nombre supérieur ou égal à 3, la teneur massique desdites particules céramiques micrométriques dans la composition pulvérulente étant supérieure ou égale à 85%, et - frittage de la composition pulvérulente ainsi comprimée pour obtenir la couche abradable.
