Abstract:
(EN) Methods and apparatus, including computer program products, are provided for supporting network functions. In some example embodiments, there may be provided a method that includes selecting, for network node, a network function instance from a group of network function instances having a common network function, the selection based on an identifier indicating that the network node and the selected network function instance are part of a compatible superset of different types of network functions; and accessing, by the network node, the selected network function instance. Related systems, methods, and articles of manufacture are also described.
(FR) L’invention concerne des procédés et un appareil contenant des produits programmes informatiques, lesdits procédés et appareil étant conçus pour prendre en charge des fonctions d'un réseau. Dans certains modes de réalisation donnés à titre d'exemple, l'invention peut porter sur un procédé qui consiste à sélectionner, pour un nœud de réseau, une instance de fonction de réseau à partir d'un groupe d'instances de fonction de réseau ayant une fonction de réseau commune, la sélection étant basée sur un identifiant indiquant que le nœud de réseau et l'instance de fonction de réseau sélectionnée font partie d'un superensemble compatible de différents types de fonctions de réseau ; et à accéder, par le nœud de réseau, à l'instance de fonction de réseau sélectionnée. L'invention concerne également des systèmes, des procédés et des articles manufacturés associés.
