Abstract:
(EN) The disclosure relates to an electric induction machine (1) in which a chamfer region (9) is provided between each respective rotor groove (7) and rotor bar (8) at a position corresponding to a radially outer internal corner region (7a) of the rotor groove. Suitably, the chamfer region (9) has a relative magnetic permeability less than that of the rotor frame (6), and an electrical resistivity higher than that of the rotor bar (8). Moreover, a minimum diameter of the chamfer region (9) is suitably larger than a manufacturing-tolerances derived maximum clearance between the respective rotor groove (7) and rotor bar (8), if any.
(FR) L'invention concerne une machine à induction électrique (1) dans laquelle une zone de chanfrein (9) est située entre chaque rainure de rotor (7) et chaque barre de rotor (8) respectives, à une position correspondant à une zone d'angle interne radialement extérieure (7a) de la rainure de rotor. La zone de chanfrein (9) présente judicieusement une perméabilité magnétique relative inférieure à celle du cadre de rotor (6), et une résistivité électrique supérieure à celle de la barre de rotor (8). De plus, un diamètre minimal de la zone de chanfrein (9) est, le cas échéant, judicieusement supérieur à un jeu maximal dérivé de tolérances de fabrication entre la rainure de rotor (7) et la barre de rotor (8) respectives.
