Abstract:
(DE) Es wird eine Fügevorrichtung (10) zum stoffschlüssigen Verbinden zweier Fügeabschnitte (12a, 12b) beschrieben, die einen Aufnahmeraum (18) zur Aufnahme der Fügeabschnitte (12a, 12b) umfasst. Ferner weist die Fügevorrichtung (10) einen Positionierungsmechanismus (22) mit einem oder mehreren Positionierungssegmenten (24) auf, an das bzw. die zumindest einer der Fügeabschnitte (12a, 12b) anlegbar ist. Auch ist eine Fügeeinheit (26) vorgesehen, mittels der die Fügeabschnitte (12a, 12b) stoffschlüssig verbunden werden können. Dabei ist die Fügeeinheit (26) auf einer dem Aufnahmeraum (18) abgewandten Seite eines der Positionierungssegmente (24) angeordnet und kann durch eine in diesem Positionierungssegment (24) vorgesehene Öffnung (28) hindurch auf eine von den Fügeabschnitten (12a, 12b) ausgebildete Fügezone (30) wirken. Zudem wird ein Verfahren zum stoffschlüssigen Verbinden zweier Fügeabschnitte (12a, 12b) vorgestellt.
(EN) The invention relates to a joining device (10) for integrally joining two joining sections (12a, 12b), said joining device comprising a receiving space (18) for receiving the joining sections (12a, 12b). The joining device (10) also has a positioning mechanism (22) comprising at least one positioning segment (24) on which at least one of the joining sections (12a, 12b) can be placed. A joining unit (26) is also provided, by means of which the joining sections (12a, 12b) can be integrally joined. The joining unit (26) is arranged on a side of one of the positioning segments (24), which faces away from the receiving region (18), and can act on a joining region (30) formed by the joining sections (12a, 12b) through an opening (28) provided in said positioning segment (24). The invention also relates to a method for integrally joining two joining sections (12a, 12b).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'assemblage (10) destiné à relier par fusion de matières deux portions d'assemblage (12a, 12b), lequel comprend un espace d'accueil (18) servant à accueillir les portions d'assemblage (12a, 12b). Le dispositif d'assemblage (10) possède en outre un mécanisme de positionnement (22) comprenant un ou plusieurs segments de positionnement (24) contre lequel ou lesquels peut être appliquée au moins l'une des portions d'assemblage (12a, 12b). Une unité d'assemblage (26) est également présente, au moyen de laquelle les portions d'assemblage (12a, 12b) peuvent être reliées par fusion de matières. L'unité d'assemblage (26) est ici disposée sur un côté de l'un des segments de positionnement (24) à l'opposé de l'espace d'accueil (18) et peut agir sur une zone d'assemblage (30) formée par les portions d'assemblage (12a, 12b) à travers une ouverture (28) présente dans ce segment de positionnement (24). L'invention concerne en outre un procédé pour relier par fusion de matières deux portions d'assemblage (12a, 12b).
